Some people’s opinions get swayed by next episodes because their testimonies and court preparations weren’t portrayed adequately, so glad you’ll watch the documentary to clear it up. Also this episode had a lot of fiction for the sake of the show, obviously we don’t know if those convos between Kitty and José happened. The only factual parts I am aware of are the rules for the Menudo band and Kitty telling her therapist she hates her kids, she has also said “I am hiding sick family secrets”. I was disappointed essentially by this episode because there are plenty of testimonies by family members and friends about the dynamics during family dinners or just straight up abuse they witnessed they could’ve used, instead of adding so much fiction. They failed to make people understand the way their family worked. The documentary will give you additional context. Thank you for the reaction!
