Bad: Stinger (Blue face), Cowen (Big Lips), Lambert (Dead), Invaders, Emperor Gore (Cobra head monster), Emperor Brai (Horned monster. Unknown side: Hayato, Professor Shikashima (Bald doctor), Professor Saotome. Mechs: Getter Robo (Will show up one more time later), Shin Getter (Main Mech), Getter Dragon (Will appear again), Shin Dragon (Still incomplete), Beetle (Yellow mech Benkei and the other were in), Stilva (Transforming one in episode 4), Barzof (Big two in episode 4) Some background information the Director of the first three episodes left because of an unknown disagreement with the rest of the staff and his replacement would become a bigger name after this OVA. Also episode 4 and onward has a new opening HEATS by famous mecha band Jam Project.
