Tier changes

So the changes already started!

First I changed the tier names to "Newcomer" "Frequent Customer" and "Katzen Elite" I could change and fix stuff still but I wanna know your oppinions. I'm also adding soon a new tier, a middle ground between mid and top

Next the rewards, as you may know by now I closed the comic Cameos, the only ones I'm keeping are the ones that already had the top subscription so that's a benefit you guys won't loose, now top tier has access to every page of the comic book as soon as I finish them and also bonus pages.

Last I want to add benefits, a fully rendered image every month, I would make a poll to ask you guys what kind of content you wanna see me doing. it could be fanart, comic related stuff or whatever, that's up to you, I might add that content to a particular tier, we'll see. Other benefit could be weekly livestreams at Picarto or Discord where you can chat and see the whole process.
