In-game wiki and suggestions form

Except planned goals, I'd like to tell you about another coming change - "Navigator" link in the sidebar is replaced with "Wiki" that contains the same info plus NPCs activities schedule and spells descriptions. Sure, the wiki will grow as the game gets new updates.
NPC activities schedule post was updated as well.
Another little addition is that I created a special form for you suggestions to keep them in a more ordered way. You can start using right now if you have any.
