Cheat menu

Currently the cheat menu allows to change these parameters:
- player's name
- in-game time
- player's stats: money, energy, fatigue, arousal, body shape, elder cousin's favor, creativity, intelligence, communication, dancing, music, combat, drawing, concentration, videogames, Latin and all the fetishes
- quests and scenes: mark quests as completed, trigger scenes instantly
- player's portrait and gender
- aunt's, elder cousin's and younger cousin's appearance and gender
- body: haircut, hair removal, cock size
- adding spell gems
- perks management
