COVID確診之後只在家吃和睡,比比好像變得再更胖了吧(呆)今天上班好像穿了太厚的衣服,回到辦公室已經一身汗。這樣也好吧,流多點汗會變瘦一點。下午也會出去外勤,多走點路會變瘦吧。做每一件事都想成減重,這樣就對了。
