Roxy has very high standards,,, and chica is meeting all of them, Roxy only picks the best cause she’s the best after all. I like to think Roxy in a way envy’s chica, sure chica is a literal goblin who eats from the trash but, her carefree nature is what makes her so alluring

It takes a lot of confidence to be so unapologetically yourself, and Roxy struggles with exactly that, so Chica being as self indulgent and herself as she can be, Roxy wishes to be that and in return really likes Chica,, just her type pff
