Updates

Hi!
I just wanted to update everyone on the comics. I've been working on them, but unfortunately there's gonna be a delay due to a SSD problem!

I usually work on new pages during the week and once I have enough pages for a bundle, I drop them on a ZIP file and upload the new pages during the weekends (most of the time!)

With that said, I was planning to upload new pages today, but then I opened the renders folder to find this:

I can't open the new pages that I worked on, the files are all corrupt, and this is what I get once I check the properties:

They're all ZERO byte sized files. Everything I worked on is completely gone! (including the PSD files with the original text/characters dialogues)

My SSD seems to randomly corrupt RECENT files (but old files seem to be completely ok...) This happened before, but it wasn't as severe. (In fact, I couldn't even sure if it had anything to do with the SSD, it was a "one time thing") However, it got much worse during the past few days! So there's definitely something wrong with this SSD

I'm sorry for this delay, trust me, I'm probably more frustrated with this than you'd think! I just wasted several hours trying to recover the files but it's no use...

With that said, I'll just need a few more days... I need to buy another hard drive (which should be the priority right now) and then move ALL my files to the new Hard Drive! (before I lose any more stuff! I can't afford to lose the original 3D files for my comics as well as my characters, textures, 3D models and so on...) 

And I'll also need a little more time to work on the new pages (again!)

I'll probably have new pages ready around Thursday or Wednesday! (if not before!)

I apologize for the delay, I really wanted to upload new pages today, but I lost all the files I saved in the past few days! I hope you understand! 

I wasn't sure if I should write this post, but I'm assuming you'd prefer to know what actually happened than having no updates at all!

Feel free to ask any questions or even suggest something that might help me recover the files! (I've already tried chkdisk and some file recovery tools...)
