I need a small vacation
Added 2021-07-06 16:11:33 +0000 UTCGuys I’m now at the ER because I’ve been suffering from lower back pain for a week now. I’m sure they’ll give me something for the pain here but I need at least a week of rest. I’m sure that sitting down for hours in front of a computer is what caused this pain. It’s not the first time it happened but it usually lasts only a couple of days. I can’t walk straight and it really hurts. I hope that a week from today I’ll be feeling better. I’ll keep you updated on my condition later today or tomorrow.

2021-07-06 17:03:27 +0000 UTCTake care and hope you recover. PS, I have been having the same issue. Doctor recommended me to just do a small lap around your house every 45 minutes. Like going downstairs for water..etc.. Perhaps that could help you as well. Being 8+ hours infront of a PC definitively damages your back.
