After the Peiyang Government was built, They start the aviation project in Chinghe, Nanyuan. Not only repair the aircrafts. In 1914, Mr Pan Shi-chong designed and built a push type aircraft with the power of 80hp.
In many information said this aircraft call Nanyuan Gunbus. Refer the Caudron GIII and Farman MF11. But all of these never seen in any literature during Republic of China. Even cannot know the name of Gunbus is named by Mr Pan or the other attached as the Vickers Gunbus.
This aircraft with two photos in history. But both of them without tails. In 1999, Mr Chen Yingming accroding to the photo in The Eastern Miscellany, November 1916. Drew a restoration with the tail look like Farman MF11. In this phace, Base on the restoration of Chen but change the shape vertical tail to Caudron GIII
