LOG:05 pages 27 and 28
Added 2019-05-07 10:49:08 +0000 UTCYeah, I misnumbered the pages for the last post because of the two-page spread before that. These are pages 27 and 28.
Fun fact, with both these pages I ran into that "Oh, this page is not turning out good at all" feeling while doing the line-art, but now that they're all coloured and done, I'm really happy with them. Especially Cenk on page 28. I think that's my best rendition of him yet.
I'm really trying to work in more crowd shots to show there's more people on the ice mining platform than Ronson, Jaya, Yaffa, Dee, Sveid, Jones and Cenk. When I eventually go back and do the revisions for LOG:04's book release, I'll likely try and add more characters into some of the panels, and add a couple of daily life scenes to flesh it all out.
I ran head-first into some health issues which killed productivity for a couple of weeks, which is why the comic is still updating on the site every other week. But because of that, you guys are way ahead. The public will be getting the aforementioned spread tomorrow.
Still no update from Ringtail on the books. I'm getting anxious. They told me the books usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive after they send the print order, and we're in week 4 now, since they had to reorder the books, so fingers crossed I hear some good news this week.
