Update to V 6.2.3P

- Added the sp/game command, it's like Minecraft but then with more games (do sp/game to see a list of available games).
- Added the counter onlinerole, which shows online people with a certain role.
- Added the counter DND and IDLE, which shows people that are IDLE or DND.
- Added a donator status, so now if your donator runs out, your data is safe (after re-activating your Patreon, the bot will start updating again).
- Added the sp/premium command, it allows you to manage everything related to premium and the servers.
- Added all counters that were missing from the main bot.
- Added sp/counter update command, so the times that you think it's not updating.
Updated stuff:
- Updated the bot base to ServerStats V 6.2.2 (so this includes all updates from ServerStats).
- Replaced sp/minecraft with sp/game.
- Replaced sp/activate with sp/premium (you have to do sp/premium add, to add a server now).
- Updated the goal counter, it now also has the update delay.
- Redone the counter create and update logic, so it's easier to add counters in the future.
- Updated the server limit, now you can only add a limited number of servers (sp/premium shows you the amount you can add).
- Updated the updater and how servers are loaded into it's more stable.
Fixed stuff:
- Fixed many bugs and grammar mistakes.
- Fixed a bug where people could be counted multiple times in the role counter.
