Billing Pause until October and possibly a little longer~!

I apologize for this oversight! My scheduled billing pause was delayed. I should have paused earlier.
To make up for this, I'll keep the billing paused in October but will continue polls and art releases that month. Art will still be delayed due to my exams this month but I won't charge extra for a while until things smoothen over. Meaning the free of charge status might spill over until November.
