Tall women 4 and Streets of rage story

As you noticed, one of the past stories "Brave New World" is based on the cult book by Aldous Huxley. Two upcoming stories, namely Tall models 4 and Streets of rage, directly intersect with one cult computer game that I played on the Sega Mega Drive.
The main picture shows three characters
Garnet
Sygnal
Donovan
The named names like Sygnal, Donovan and Garnet are not names as such, but the titles of the soldiers in the gang. Therefore, different characters are shown under these names.
