Thankfully, that was just a typo in the stat block description, and it was correctly giving the 10% it should have been. Fixed. And yes, there probably should have been some assassination experience there... I'll have to see if I can add some without knock-on effects.

Also, this has been bothering me for a while, but his Conquerer of the Kobold Village mark is listed as only offering a 5% boost as opposed to every other conquerer mark, which all offer 10%.
