The remaster is supposed to come out on April 4 and maybe we will actually get some lewd stuff with Alexandra and Kate after that. Lust Theory is my next top pick followed by Power Vacuum. I also voted Milfy City because it's iconic even though thinking about how much of a scammer the dev is makes my skin crawl. My hot take is that Being a DIK isn't worth it due to the insane number of animations plus I'm not a fan of how the art style changed (also animations before Ep. 4 have aged really badly). One game that isn't on your list that I'd love a 4K mod of is Shut Up and Dance. The frame rates for the animations are all over the place so I'm not sure how that would affect you, but the quality is top notch.
