Aunty part 2 (base day/night + new year variation)

Hello, and Happy New Year, the year of the rabbit!  

Last month I couldn't push out anything... Part of it is due to the busyness of the holiday season and some technical issues at the beginning of the month, but the bigger issue is my attitude towards this work. I still see it as a side job, and as a result, I haven't been putting in the effort I should. If this were a real job, I wouldn't have taken a whole month off, no matter the reason. I know this isn't acceptable.

I always prioritize studying over making finalized work. My sleep and work schedule are all over the place. I haven't shipped a complete video for a long time...  

All of this isn't acceptable from the point of view of a real job. This realization hit me hard.  

I've been doing a lot of thinking about my future and what I truly want to do. I've made some significant changes to my mindset and workflow, but I don't want to jinx it by saying too much. It might seem like a typical New Year's resolution, but for me, it's more about the guilt of taking things for granted.

Let's see how this goes.

As for work, this is the second part of the auntie piece (the one that's a parody of D*aemon. I will fix the face to be in this style in the final video)

The night version is a new technique I just discovered, and I think it looks better than the daytime version, which is the base. What do you think looks better?   

I will add dialogue for this one later alongside the next part, once I decide whether this scene should take place at night or during the day.

There should be 3 or 4 more scenes for this project, and I hope to turn it into a video with audio. Recently, D-Art has been releasing a lot of long videos and it's been very inspiring. For those of you waiting for the granny animations, please bear with me for a little while longer. That will be the first thing I do after finishing this project.
