2018-08-24 17:05:16 +0000 UTCThanks for your reply...i have FINALLY figured out what the problems have been: 1) i did not realize (duh) that the ‘message’ was to be found on the side bar of Patreon on my ipad pro and that THAT was the ‘messages’ to which your referred!(doubloe duh!). 2) when i was asked during the process to put in my ‘password’, i was putting in the wrong password —i have several different emails and i have not been able to understand why i have ended up with two different accounts on Gumroad and so it is because the two passwords AND emails are different for Patreon and Gumroad...ah hah! 3) As for paying double...i suspect i have but i don’t want to go back and trace them...suffice it to say that i have, i assume, finally understood the problem. I know where to find the message now and i will remember that the second time i am asked for a password it is Gumroad and not Patreon asking for it. Love the Foundation segments so it was worth the confused struggle. It is the first time, i have ever really been flummoxed by all my online activites...DUH!!
