I can't believe I forgot about the weekly update #16

I'm not sure where the last few weeks have gone to be honest. I've got a lot of gaps in my memory, which is...worrying.

Although, when I haven't been having weird blackouts, I've been working on the game! Still a long way to go (there's heaps to do for this update!), but I'll start checking with people in the future if they'd rather two half updates as opposed to one big update. 

Right now, I've still got most of the art to do, plus a fair bit of the writing, and all of the coding. I'm being a bit more experimental with coding this time, so it might take a little longer (not that it takes too long anyway, RenPy is great at cutting down on coding time, even if it is a little limiting in what I can do.)

Everything for the update is planned out at least.

I've got a second date for Emily coming along nicely, a third date planned, and a big fun party scene with her. Plus a scene or two (if I have time) pre dating, to help flesh that out a bit.

As for Chloe, I've got a couple of casual interactions, dates planned, and her cooking class! I've had a very helpful volunteer expand that class to be a bit more interactive, so hopefully she can teach the player something or two about cooking!

Also expanding the roster of characters, quite a few future dateable characters appear in this update, plus a few NDCs, to flesh out the world a little bit.

The player can now have a little bit of personality in the game with skills/hobbies! The player will get some unique dialogue and scenes based on their skills. Just because cooking is featured more prominently doesn't mean it's the only skill you should pick though! The other skills will lead to a couple of interesting interactions too.

As for the weight gain stuff...

Both characters will have a "realistic" storyline, with a confession from the player (or the player can be a sneaky bastard about it, but that may not turn out too well...)

I've got a new WG storyline for Emily, and Chloe will get one too, hopefully a second unique one if I have time.

The big "magical" weight gain story this time is demon summoning. The player can get a magic book from a witch that lets them summon demons. Though maybe some things are not meant to be messed with...I'll be digging into my horror roots a fair bit for this one, so some of these scenarios may be more "disturbing" than "sexy". I do want to warn people beforehand. If you're quite religious, or of a sensitive disposition, maybe don't summon any demons. Your mileage may vary though.
