So here's the state of the game right now:
I have a lot of scripts ready to go, they just need to be coded in.
I have "enough" art assets to make it work (for now).
I'm a bit behind on coding, but I'm almost done with enough to at least give a sample.
I'm planning on releasing a new version of the game ASAP, as soon as I've finished coding Emily's first date scene. The game won't have too much, but I figure you've all been patient enough, so I want to at least provide something.
After that, I'll be adding more additional content much more frequently. Pretty much every time I add a new scene to the game, I'll update it. (Still haven't figured out a way to do that via patch, so they'll be new files each time, but right now there's barely 5 minutes of content before you reach the new stuff. I might even add a little shortcut at the start)
I do want to prepare you for this next update. My work over the past several months has been mainly in the writing and planning side of things. I've re-written the game to be more story focused (so less random statements from characters).
I've also designed it to be modular. My previous design had a major problem, where I'd basically need to re-write the entire code every update. This new one is coded in a much more straightforward way. I can easily add new scenes without screwing up old ones.
Because of this, I've decided to do (much) more frequent, small updates.
Also enjoy some of the sketches for the endings. These all come from the "cursed idol" storyline, one of my personal favourite weight gain scenarios.
