Testing! 1...2... Line Test!

So I asked our friends over at Moulin Brush if they can adapt Sango to different art styles since I was curious to what they can do. So I asked for something that's a bit on the 1.) hybrid Marvel-anime style like those from Kotobukiya's bishoujo figures, and 2.) one that's more like those found in romance mangas. So as you can see, the one on top is No. 1, and the bottom is No. 2.
I think No. 1. needs to be tweaked a little more if I was gunning for a look that's closer to the target, and No. 2 is pretty spot on for the style I was thinking of.
This is more for future works ;)
A small update to the Summertime - 2 new backgrounds have been released (1 will be updated later), and just 1 more is pending in the set. Then we can move onto the final set after this one.

Of the two, I like number 1 better. The second one is very child-like, and that's not my thing.
2018-02-20 01:11:28 +0000 UTCKeeping in mind this is "for something else down the road," I'm still torn. Sango is one of my favorites in RnO. She has such a sweet and, I dunno, innocent quality to her appearance. You obviously have a new approach in mind, but if Sango is to continue as a character, I'd like her to remain recognizable. To me, No 2 looks more like a late teen, almost "child" characterization (plus her lips are gone!). No 1 almost looks like a slightly older version of her, without her wide-eyed appeal. Not going to stop me from following and supporting! ;)
