The oldest male comedian Frank Skinner was in Doctor Who season 8, the episode Mummy On The Orient Express. As the train's engineer Perkins. Hopefully me saying this brings it back to you. As for Roisin, I've seen SO many Americans get annoyed with her like you. But that's because you're not familiar with her. She's a VERY popular comedian over here. Basically everything about her is an act. She's a very smart and capable woman but she pretends to be dumb and useless, that's her comedy persona both on stage and on shows like this. Once you understand that you can appreciate her a lot more even if her comedy isn't your thing. I promise she's not just lazy lol, it's all deliberate. Romesh is one of my favourite comedians of all time so I'm glad you liked him. And Tim's constant cheating was hilarious, I'd forgotten about that. 😂😂 I'm so glad to be part of the sponsorship team for this show and I can't wait to watch more with you. 😊

My favs in this ep were for sure Tim (with all his cheating) and Frank (because his win was quite unexpected but still cool :D) I think I understand why you might dislike Rosin here but while she is absolutely tragic at tasks (and flat out refuses to even attempt some) I really dig her studio banter and being able to needle Greg and poke fun at his Taskmaster persona. I think her being bad at tasks is as important to the show as other people acing them (or cheating to ace them :D). This was quite novel concept show and they did had trouble getting people on. Roisin I believe mainly agreed to do it because she is Greg's friend (and because otherwise it would probably be just dudes...) and clearly she is just chilling and not actually carrying that much about tasks. Tim is on pretty much also because he is Alex's friend (and in contrast basically tries to break the game :D). Frank was this huge casting get that pretty much allowed them to actually get more people actually answering their casting calls. Frank's casting gave them real credibility to go forward. (This is how I remember it from some old Alex's interviews, so if someone has more data please feel free to correct/add :))
