2023-08-02 18:21:43 +0000 UTCWatched this so many times and sob every time. I start when Dean is crying while talking to Bobby and goes on till he says good bye to Jo & kisses her. I think Dean always cared for her a lot but knew he would have to hurt her sometime. I’m a mom so I understand Ellen. No mom would ever leave their child alone. Clarence was the angel in “It’s a Wonderful Life” Cas never does understand why she calls him that. Love this Meg. They burn the picture because they can’t give them a hunters funeral. It’s all they have to burn.

Still sad after all those years about Jo and Ellen double punch. It was not fair to us as viewers. Love Castiel being a smarty pants and escaping Meg. But also loving new Meg her calling Cas 'Clarence' in a reference to the movie "It's a Wonderful Life". I love me pop culture savvy monsters :)

2023-07-26 03:14:22 +0000 UTCThis episode is devastating. I always feel so awful for Jo. I think she really loved Dean, that's why she ran after him when the hellhounds attacked him. She didn't say yes to him in the beginning of the episode because she knew it wouldn't mean the same thing to him that it would to her. It just makes it sadder. 😭

2023-07-26 00:50:12 +0000 UTCI’d say if you don’t want to watch the recaps, you don’t have to- the only recaps I’d always advise watching are the ones on the season finales (the ones with Carry On My Wayward Son) since that’s sort of a big thing to the fans. (I instantly think of Supernatural when I hear the song because of the finale recaps; it’s sort of the unofficial-official theme of the show)
