Yes, exactly! She has never had to manage money or pay rent, utilities, and expenses with a limited budget and on her own. She was living out of a hotel where you give them your card once and then sign receipts and they charge it automatically... it's way different from actually having to buy groceries and pay rent and a utility bill and a cell phone etc. She doesn't have the skills yet that most non-heiress adults have.

The song that played during the wedding was also on the vampire diaries at the end of season 2 when Damon had the werewolf bite and was about to burn himself in the sun until stefan stopped him lol. Soo many songs from greys were also on TVD and one tree Hill and I love the music❤️

I think also she said her daddy froze her accounts meaning she can’t access money she saved either (and since she was pretty rich before, she probably already spent a lot of her current paycheck already). She’s probably gonna do better once the next paycheck comes in hence why she’s picking up extra shifts at the ER to be able to pay everything.

This episode makes me ugly cry every single time!! The wedding is gorgeous and it was perfect for Izzie and Alex. And George walked her down the aisle!! At the end with merder in the living room and izzie saying "the day you meet your soulmate" in the vo, the first scene in the whole show is them waking up in that living room together the morning after they met. it's just a little thing and probably not intentional but i love it anyway

oh by the way, callie is a resident at the moment and while she may be working as a doctor, residents make significantly less than attendings. This is along with the loans that they likely are getting to even pay to be in the program. attending are the ones who make the like huge bucks.
