The Kate plot is not one of my favorites, I think she's quite in insufferable, now it probably was the right decision to not tell Sawyer about the guns but her being so persistent of the case was not the way to go, just tell Jack and let him look and he wouldn't have thought anything of it but she made it a way bigger deal then she needed to. But I do like this episode for Charlie and Rose and the plot with Shannon and Sayid, it's nice to see different people interact and it's also nice to see Shannon do more then just complain and yes even though Boone was harsh he wasn't wrong with what he said about her. A fun fact, the fish movie Shannon is referring to is Finding Nemo, I'm pretty sure that film came out the same year as Lost. The song she's singing is played at the end of the film during the credits.
