I am on Yangs side here, she only barely knew about the sutures, nothing else, and it was all of their interns in that room and prior to that cutting each other and doing unsupervised medical procedures on each other. Again, this is further proof that 2nd year residents (the ones who were interns themselves just a year ago) and are still fighting and competing to learn, and competing for their first solo surgery should not be responsible for supervising and teaching a group of interns!

I think what Cristina was trying to say was it’s not only her fault that the interns did what they did. Not just about the sutures. But also involving with the surgery. Every intern that belong to Meredith , Alex, George and Izzy were in there too but Christina got most of the heat for it . So Christina felt like Meredith should’ve at least defended her to that extent.

I wish people wouldn’t say things like “the such and such will make sense” or there’s a reason for blah blah because it kind of ruins the element of surprise and makes it so I expect something…. 😩🙁
