I was worried for a second that Harry and Rias would have a proper, big fight but I like what you did with that hehe… Poor Issei, no matter how perverted he is, I feel really sorry for him and I dearly hope he can be saved

And with the boosted gear I don't think a single knight or rook will be enough. Plus her bishop is more than likely going to Asia. The way I see it happening is that her remaining pieces will go to Asia, Xenovia or Irina, and finally Rossweisse. I don't see Issei joining Rias's peerage in this story give how hard he was side lined heck even Asia showed up earlier while they were gathering the ingredients for Ajuka's ritual to bind the horcrux to Harry.

Curious to see what happens to Issei but just my own theory is that Harry makes contact with Ddraig and sensing that his current host is going to die makes a deal with Harry and Rias that if they save Issei Ddraig will transfer most of himself into Harry allowing him to use his boasting abilities on his magic and incubus powers the remaining piece that Ddraig left in Issei was enough for him to be able to use his powers up to Juggernaut Drive and thanks to this lower power level Issei is able to be reincarnated as a devil with the remaining pawns.

I personally hope we do reach one hundred chapters as I love this story to death and don't want it to end anytime soon and with how we are barley into the DxD canon that you could put your own spin on I'd say we are good for awhile. Next, incredible chapter as usual as Hermione finishes her ring and accidentally lets loose about the master servant bond to Koneko who wants it just in case she goes feral and could be restrained in that regard. I do think it will be a good idea and I was a bit sad that Harry and Rias fought about it but they eventually made up in the most beautiful way possible cosmic sex. Unfortunately though for our lovely couple, Issei and the plot decided to come knocking with Raynare having left Issei there to die. Now this is the moment I have been looking forward to as I am wondering what Rias is going to do with Issei. Will she be able to reincarnate him somehow? Will she try to get Sona to do it? Can Harry do something as the Master of Death with the Hallows? If I remember right Harry, Hermione, Fleur and Luna are all pawns so she shouldn't be able to reincarnate Issei who needs all eight due to the Boosted Gear so it shall be interesting to see what choice you end up going with next chapter. Also looking forward to Harry wrecking the Fallen Angels when we come to it and of course Asia showing back up.
