With Lyanna dying a couple hours earlier than in canon, the three kingsguards who were tasked with protecting her and her babe, flee into the night with the young prince Daemon. They managed to get to a ship but on the way to Essos, a terrible storm struck them, making them easy prey for a slave ship afterward. Years later, as Daenerys takes the city of Yunkai, she learns of a purple-eyed stud slave who has sired countless children in his life and seeks him out, wondering if his incredible virility might be enough to break Mirri Maz Duur's curse.
