Hello and thank you for your steady support! I'm happy to share with you an update on our journey together.

Celebrating our triumphs from the past year:

• Crafting a total of 44 nice plushies since our relocation.
• Successfully navigating through a couple of moves, we now have a spacious and cozy workshop that enhances our creative process.
• Elevating our craft, we've invested in three new sewing machines, enabling us to undertake sewing operations that were previously beyond our reach.

Navigating uncertainties on the horizon:

• Unfortunately, the shipping rates of Georgian Post have increased by approximately $30 for life-sized plushies since the start of 2024. Rest assured, this won't impact existing orders.
• Anticipating potential challenges, we foresee a likely increase in rent later this year.
• While our equipment has served us well, some of our essential tools, like the Janome embroidery machine, will require maintenance in the coming months.
• lack of health insurance was ok because we didn't get ill seriously all this time. However, it cannot be forever, so I will have some expenses to afford the insurance this year.
• due to the peculiarities of middle school system in Russia, Kate won't be able to get the diploma for this grade. Visiting Russia for about a month for attestation is not an option right now.
• Despite the generous 360-day permitted stay without a visa, the migration policy remains unstable in Georgia. There's a possibility of facing entry issues with each re-entry for 'other reasons.'
  To mitigate this, I plan to apply for a residence permit this year. Though it comes with extra expenses and the potential for refusal (I'm closely monitoring statistics), it's a necessary step for the stability of our craft.
