Today I'm here to ask you a delicate question.
I have a plushie. A customer who ordered the plushie didn't respond to me for several months after I provide photos of the finished plush.
All the contacts I have are his dA account (blank) and a contact email.
I sent several notes and emails with no result.
Is it fair in this case to make a refund for the upfront and put the plushie on sale?
What do you think about it?
