I've been dealing with this stomach flu for like 3 days now. I was supposed to post a "Halloween Special" involving Eliza and Belle before November 1. But I got this sickness that made me so weak. I'm not even writing this post.
I was 167 lbs before I got sick and now I'm 158 lbs. My doctor said I should avoid eating poor quality foods because this is already my 3rd stomach flu this year. I need to start creating a diet plan.
I will get back on track as soon as possible! I still have many stories to tell!
