Here we are with the fifty-sixth weekly poll.

ASOIAF - new one shot Thinking that the Targaryen dynasty had grown weak in the aftermath of the Baratheon Uprising, Balon Greyjoy attempted to rebel against King Rhaegar, leading to the deaths of all of his sons. His final remaining child, Asha, became a hostage of the crown and was lucky enough to befriend the king's eldest, Princess Rhaenys. Rhaenys is a generous woman and always happy to share with those she calls friends, something Asha becomes accustomed to, but she never would have expected that generosity to extend to the princess' betrothed, Prince Daemon. After seeing the pair of them together in bed, though, she'd more than happy to accept such a lavish gift.

ASOIAF - A Fitting Reward Chapter 2 - In response to the assassination of his brother, Aegon the Usurper sends Criston Cole and Arryk Cargyll to infiltrate Dragonstone and slay Rhaenyra. They fail in that mission, but succeed in slaying Jacaerys and Joffrey. Days later, as the usurper is executed for his crimes, Baela looks on balefully, heartbroken and livid. Rhaena thinks about how to help her mourning sister recover from her loss when she glances at her betrothed and is struck by inspiration. Jon was able to help her when Lucerys died, so surely he’ll be able to help their sister as well.

ASOIAF - new one shot - When word reaches Princess Viserra that her older sister Saera has returned to the capital and reconnected with thier family, she's confused and when her spies report that the woman appears to have started bedding the handsome Prince Jon, she's livid. Why should Saera enjoy such a man while she, the most beautiful of all their father's daughters remains chained to an unworthy husband? When her husband suffers a sudden accident, however, she sees an opportunity and seizes it eagerly.
