As said below, I’d love to see a follow-up someday to get more closure on the still undetermined relationships (and maybe a miracle baby for Dany?)

2024-10-22 14:05:15 +0000 UTCI might do a short follow up down the line, showing Lynesse meeting everyone and what could come of that, but I loved ending it on that mindfuck moment for Daemon. Having the thumping of his heart at the end parallel the thumping of the tennis ball against the wall in the very beginning was a touch I was particularly happy with. Lynesse is nine years older than Daemon, two years older than Daenerys and Missandei.

2024-10-22 13:56:19 +0000 UTCReally great chapter! It was really interesting to see how Daemon and his parents handled the shit hitting the wall and that they managed to get him out of town/country. I'm guessing that it will be several years before he will be able to return to the city and neighbourhood, right? It was also interesting to see the situation he got himself in while in Meereen and to see that he ended up getting Missandei pregnant and that there will be more children in the future. The ending was also quite interesting and surprising; it seems that Daemon wasn't that lucky and that he got Lynesse pregnant. Out of curiosity, how much older then him is Lynesse? Might there be another chapter/epilogue? I would be very curious to see how his parents, Dany and Missandei will react to Daemon having gotten Lynesse pregnant and to see how life might turn out for him. I'd also be curious to see how Alerie and her family might react to Daemon getting Lynesse pregnant and how/when he might be able to return home.
