2020 is Looming

A new year approaches, and with that I suppose I must consider the future. Without all of you this work does not exist. I can't even begin to express what your support has meant and how it has allowed me to grow and dream as an artist.

It is amazing what stability has given me. I have been able to look after my health. I have been forced to think about why I create in writing these many many blog posts. Its incredible.

Next year I will still be traveling, but in a scaled back manner. That is because in 2021 I am trying to complete our first goal for my project We Were Wanderers...shoot on every continent. Through patreon I have been able to photograph Nicole in North America, Souther America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Sub-Continent of Zealandia, which leaves me with just Africa and Antarctica.

These two continents present monumental challenges as they are parts of the world I know the least about (thanks public school), and I will need the most help from fixers to coordinate safe photo shoots. So I am turning to you all to help make this a reality.

If I am able to reach my goal of $2,500 a month on Patreon I will be able to save and charter passage for 2021 to complete phase 1 of We Were Wanderers. I will also be able to add a few new perks to Patreon.

I am hoping to add more educational material here for photographers and models alike. A weekly "dissected" where I take an indepth look beyond simple meta data into the creation of an image. A "Print of the month" exclusive edition, print size each month of my favorite works.

And In depth tutorials on underwater photography, lighting, and shooting in extreme weather.
