A quick shoot with Circa for Into the Wild
Added 2017-11-08 22:00:02 +0000 UTCNormally I don't try to shoot for Fauna and Into the Wild on the same trip, and when I do I shoot for Into the Wild first...it just makes sense. But over a year ago now Circa and her partner Danielle shot with me for Fauna (Patreon Post Here) and afterwards Circa asked if we could a couple quick Into the Wild photos to which I said "absolutely."
I try not to take up too much of any models time as they could just as easily be taking paid shoots instead of trading with me. I appreciate that, and so I try not to monopolize, but also I love shooting, so when somebody wants to do more I'm pretty much always game.
We didn't have a ton of light left in the day, and I knew that the mountain of editing I always have would get much worse if we did a second full shoot, so we hiked to a different spot in the woods, and tried to create just a few images. For me one perfect image is all I need from any shoot, so once we had that we hiked back to the car.
