Preview: Pulp
Added 2016-11-15 04:48:50 +0000 UTCI'm sick in bed, and can't really get anything done today, so I wanted to share a little something with all of you from my first test for what could be my new series. We've been slowly putting pieces for a set together, which I am sure over the next few years we will add and take away from. What I love about this new place is the size of the shoot lanes I can create, but I'm also not used to all the space, so there will be a little bit of a learning curve for me to play with there. The other thing is that in order to play more with color temperature I've switched to using the modeling lights on my ProFoto gear instead of flashes, so I will also be creating a new preset and a new tutorial on editing for all Tungsten and window light. This will probably be sort of a mini series. One I go back to every now to play with, but hopefully by January my portrait/erotic/pin up work will all be shot on Collodion. I'm putting together everything I need to finally get that off the ground and am anticipating being ready relatively soon. The model for my first test was the amazing Dasha Usova who let me test out a bunch of lighting ideas for a brand new project, which is super rad.
