Sometimes creating the photos that I do means waiting for the perfect moment, taking 5 or 6 quick photos and then leaving. I never want to force an interaction with people that do not want to see my work in its final form or during its creation, so there is often a lot of sitting and waiting for a moment to create.
I've been thinking about how to share these photos since they aren't really the same as a full shoot, and its sort of hard to fill an entire blog post with the creation of a single image.
The moments happen so quickly, we practice a few poses, and wait for our opening. My mind races with panic, and I just hope that we have gotten the shot.
My shots of Feryn and Apolysis were both taken with my Sigma 50mm F1.4, and my shots of Damsel and Bae were both taken with the 17-40mm F4L. I love the effect both of these lenses can create.Full Gallery
