Thanks mate. Funnily enough, my mother in law brought some pretzels over for me. Haven't had the courage to try them just yet but I do enjoy a pretzel! The fact I can even write that word without feeling unwell is a testament to my recovery :)

I feel with you, food poisoning or a noro virus infections are things it would only wish upon my worst enemies. Been through that on New Years two years ago. That wasn’t very pleasant. Here in Germany we generally recommend pretzel sticks as a home remedy. It will give your body electrolytes through the salt. And remember to drink plenty of water. Because that’s probably most of what your weight loss is. Water.
