I mean you've quit your job to do this for a living, but it seems to be the case that you're still making videos prioriting your wants not your paying customers. On top of your new subscription plans, you're making many business blunders very early on. You gotta think critically how you can perform artistically while juggling the expectation of your patrons, and make a payment plan that actually reflects all these informed decisions.
