No longer having to go back in time to get there through Phantom, now you can just walk there yourself! With your own feet! While on the phone! Like a normal person! But how in the world can you do that?!

While wandering through the western district at night, you can spot the rats are back at their usual antics. But now, if you're in good with the group, one of them might invite you to come and hang.
More work from the Rat Agent during Boss' work! Help them test out future things you'll 100% won't be using in the future!
After a little bit of testing, it's time to take a load off at the CV Arena at the Spa~ Kevin will be your introduction there, and you can even invite him to relax with you. Or more likely, help him relax. You just need to pay a bit of coin to get into such a fine establishment.
