Alongside with Atticus and Tyr, this agent was captured by the Dad trio, but unlike his other companions he managed to reach and investigate the Bar. Unfortunately, it seems the agent was caught by the bar owner, whose name we have identified as Harris. No last name, but I have a suspicioun that a truck from the BVM corporation parked besides has something to do with it...
We need to gather more data. It seems that he traps his victims down in his basement for the town to use, but out of all the people here, he doesn't seem delusional or possesed by anything strange. Whatever his agenda is... it cannot be good.

Agent Elutar's line went dead after Hyao's escape from the Dad Trio. Recon has shown that he's down in Harris basement, servicing the whole town. It seems rather hard to rescue him without catching his attention, and while he does not consider me a threat I would be a fool to provoke him.
There seems to be stacks of bottles down there, but the liquid in itself seems odd. If I can get some proof that the BVM corporation is involved, I would be able to get more backup...
