I'm moving back to California!

After 11 years in NYC, we're moving back to the San Francisco Bay Area! We had an absolute blast in NYC, but both our families are in the Bay Area and we want our son to see them more often (not to mention that the weather is so much better in the Bay). Also, after over a decade of apartment living, we'll be living in a house that will have a dedicated space for me to film and work on videos.

I know you've been waiting for the making of the alien suit and head for a loooooong time. Coincidentally, it was teased exactly a year ago today. I did over a year of research on it and was finding it very difficult to trim such a long story down to something I could complete in a month. With views down on the channel, I think this is an opportunity to finally get this finished. I'm separating it into two parts for Patreon as I complete it, but I'm thinking about waiting to publish to YouTube as one long video and seeing how well that does.

I want to express my extreme gratitude to you for supporting the channel here and engaging with and sharing the videos. I really couldn't do this without you, especially during these stretches where the overall viewership is down. Because of you, I have been able to keep this thing going and share my passion for cinema with you. I have so many plans for this channel and I'm very excited to move into a more permanent living situation (we lived in 5 different apartments in the past 11 years). Having a dedicated workspace and family nearby to help with my son, I can finally get some of these bigger projects that I've spent years planning and writing into the production phase. So excited for the next phase of CinemaTyler!
