Commission preview / why do I make these pics so complicated?
Added 2018-02-09 18:24:47 +0000 UTCAs you can see, I’m still working away on Ranger Champion Wyland’s latest pic and to answer my own question posed in the title - because I’m a ”boots n all” kinda guy and I always insist on making everything the best I can make it :D
I’m aiming to get this finished and posted in the next hour or so as Wy has written a scene to accompany and it and it’s too good not to share as soon as possible. If it’s not going to be finished before it’s time to eat dinner, I’ll post some Caged Phoenix to keep y’alls going ;)

You're the type to challenge yourself. The only thing you can do at this point is blame Prim. It's totally her fault.
