Czepeku is Hiring! Role: Growth Marketing Lead

Job Overview:

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be our first full-time marketing leader, giving you the unique opportunity to build our marketing strategy and systems from the ground up. You will have the freedom to shape our approach to scaling the business, developing new campaigns, and making a lasting impact on Czepeku’s growth trajectory. Your role will involve leading efforts across paid marketing, search engine optimization, influencer marketing, and conversion rate optimization. With a deep understanding of marketing attribution and web analytics, you will ensure our strategies are data-driven and effective.

Salary:

USD $60k - $80k or above, based on the skills and experience of the candidate.

That's about £46k - £61k GBP or €55 - €74k EUR.

Location: 

Remote. Our company is UK based, but our team is from all over the world. We use Discord and Campsite for project planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across performance marketing channels: SEM, Youtube, Facebook Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and lifecycle email campaigns.

• Manage and analyze performance metrics, ensuring that marketing efforts are tracked and attributed correctly using web analytics tools.

• Evaluate the work & results of marketing channel specialists.

• Monitor and improve SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.

Requirements:

• A passion for DnD and tabletop RPGs.

• Experience managing paid marketing (Google SEM, Facebook Ads) channels.

• Experience managing or working with specialists on email marketing campaigns, influencer marketing and SEO.

• Strong understanding of marketing attribution and web analytics best practices.

• Bonus: experience with eCommerce platforms and subscription-based products.
