It is kinda hilarious to see him talk to Hamilton as if Hamilton isn’t already informed about all the basic history, pharmacology, and chemistry for the drug. You can tell he has these talking points canned and ready to go because he’s used to being the pcp expert who does cop training classes on it and probably is also the one to talk to reporters who no even less about pcp than even the beat cops. He often repeated things that didn’t need to be repeated like “pcp is a dissociative anesthetic, it separates mind from body”. He definitely came ofd as very smug about his knowledge despite the fact that he also said nonsense about pcp like it being a “cyclic drug” that can cycle between hallucinogen, stimulant and depressant. It’s interesting to see and i’m glad hamilton posted this unique interview but also it is a demonstration of the kind of people I find exceptionally insufferable to be around lol
