Scribbles

Heya guys ! First and foremost, chapters 39 and 40 of Manaforged Robotics have been written and added to the queue, kicking off book 2 ! Thought I should lead with that.

Apologies for the lack of activity lately, I generally haven't been doing great. Manaforged Robotics on RR has brought in a boatload of stress, and the usual plethora of assholes out for my skin. I think I got like three guys banned in the last two weeks alone. That plus health issues (and a monumental fuckup on my doctor's part) and a lot of stuff happening have really eaten into my time and will to write. But hopefully it'll get better.

Anyway, main thing I wanted to talk about. I've been going through my stash of scribblings lately, and I was wondering if you guys would be interested in seeing them. Most of it is stories I wrote a few chapters of, which is why I've never shared them. Given the fact that some of you may get invested and want more of them, which I might not be able to provide. Some were written as experiments, others just because I felt like it. A few you might have heard of in old polls about which story ideas you'd be interested in seeing as full blown novels.

To be exact, the story that brought this up was Gestalt Empire, which I started writing during my Signalis fangirl phase. It's...well it's all about tall (for most of them) cyborg lesbians by the litteral shipload, which I called Gestalts instead of Replicas (at the time I thought it was hilarious. For those who don't know Signalis, the humans are called Gestalts there). And it featured Arcadia as the protagonist ! Well, a significantly different version of Arcadia, as she is a cyborg and not an AI. And 'an' Arcadia, as there are a few millions of them running around being, well, them. Which means taking over humanity and being generally promiscuous, eccentric and schemy.

I actually kind of wanted to start writing that story again. Not as a serious, 'I'll make a fifteen book novel series out of this' way, but more as a 'I want tall cyborg lesbian slice of life', writing shorts and chapters about Arcadia exploring the universe with her crew on their exploration ship, probably throwing the original plot I had in mind out the window in the process.
