You're supposed to play the clench training series as normal, so clench to every beat. But with the funscript running there will also be a small vibration on every beat, so it will make the process of clenching more pleasurable over time. You just have to find the right vibration strength to use and experiment to see what works best for you. I have some recommended levels in my vibration guide.
