You can find this file in the access folder that's posted at the start of every month.
This series is solely focused on clenching and does not include any breathplay. The purpose of this series is to train the muscles that will help result in an HFO.

- My plan with this series is to dive into several methods of clenching and the mechanisms behind achieving an HFO. It will continue to play on the virtual reality program construct fantasy and it's purpose in relation to the Realms of the Succubi.
