A couple of important things to note - know your limits when playing these videos, and don't harm yourself.
If you find this video too hard, you can make a few modifications:
1. during the fast breathing section you can hold your breath instead.
2. you can restart the video from checkpoint #2 on a separate day and try from there.
I will spend more time on the next video to make sure the difficulty is tweaked properly. Was preoccupied this month with other things.
