Bruno the Orc (complete)

Female Reader x Male Monster

For the last few days it’s been raining. But it isn’t even a very good rain, it’s been drizzling on and off just to make you think it’s going to rain. All it does is pitter patter and make things wet. You want a real rain though, a gull washer, a thunderstorm, something that feels worthy of staying indoors and reading all day. But this? No. This doesn’t even feel worthy of ignoring your laundry.

The building you’re living in has a courtyard area that opens in the center, with a communal garden and seating with picnic tables. The first floor is covered by the walkway of the second floor, and then stairs lead down right to the laundry room door.

The laundry basket you clutch in your arms is almost overflowing. It looks like an ice cream cone made of dirty sheets and towels. You take cautious steps going down the stairs, barely able to see above or below you. You hit the bottom with a sigh of relief and then a dog barks.

You lurch and turn, looking at a pretty golden lab which is smiling very big. You’ve seen this dog around before, the owner must be nearby.

“Hello there,” you say and walk around it.

The lab follows you.

“No, no. Shoo. Shoo!” You try to wave your hand at it but you have to take hold of your laundry basket again.

The lab barks and wags its tail.

“I don’t know what you’re saying, but you sound nice so thank you.” You walk into the laundry room and the dog still follows you. You set your laundry basket down and the dog continues to smile and wag its tail.

“I don’t have anything,” you tell the dog. “Go on. Get.”

The dog sits.

“Get,” you say slowly. “Not sit.”

Outside you hear whistling, as if someone is calling for the dog. You point towards the door, but the dog just looks at you.

“Go on, your master is calling you.”

“Goli, here boy,” someone calls between whistles.

You look at the lab and tilt your head towards it. “Are you Goli?”

The dog jumps up and barks in triumph.

“Oh find your owner Goli!” You try to sound excited.

Goli starts barking and another lab runs into the laundry room with it. The two start playing and fussing then gather around your legs, going around in circles and between them.

“There you are!” A relieved voice sighs. A man walks into the laundry room. “Oh-” He cups his big hand around his mouth when he sees them. “Did you…” He’s trying to keep from snickering. “Did you make a friend?”

The second lab trotted right back to him, but Goli remained standing between your legs, grinning and wagging his tail.

“Goli, don’t be like that.” The orc stepped forward. He was quite tall in size and had pale blue-green skin with darker freckles all over. “Sorry about him. He’s kind of a flirt around women.” He knelt down, trying to coax Goli to him.

You had seen this orc around the building. He did work in the communal garden a lot as well as walking his dogs around the block. He was tall and big, with a soft, round belly and thick limbs.

“I wasn’t sure what he was after,” you answer. “He just started following me.”

The orc chuckled. “Then he must like you. Come on now boy, you’re embarrassing me here.”

Goli finally trotted out, going over to it’s orc father and schmoozing him to not get fussed at. The orc sighed. “Forgive my dogs.”

You shook your head. “Oh never. I never forgive dogs, not after what they did to my grandfather.”

The orc’s expressions dropped and you smiled.

“It’s okay, he takes in foster dogs on his ranch,” you chuckle.

The orc sighed. “Oh good. You had me for a second.” He walked over to a washing machine and opened it. “I’ve seen you around the building. My name is Bruno by the way.”

“I see you in the garden a lot.” You introduce yourself to him. “Do you like gardening, Bruno?”

He hefted an armful of wet clothes over to a dryer. “I suppose so. I started doing it when I moved here. Thought a hobby might help.”

You looked up from pouring detergent. “Help with what?”

Bruno shrugged. “Just help.” He gave a crooked smile that tugged against his tusks. “I’m used to having tons of siblings around, so I was getting pretty bored.”

You nodded and continued with your laundry. You closed the washing machine and was blocked by two smiling labs. “Okay so Goli and-”

“Davie,” Bruno replied. “Goliath and David. I thought it was funny at the time when I got them,” he scoffs. “But now it feels ridiculous.”

You chuckled and knelt down, petting the labs who seemed to love it more than anything. They pushed their heads into your hands, moving them around so you knew the best places to scratch.

“They’re very friendly.” You look up at Bruno and smile. “They’re not spoiled babies are they?”

“Oh no,” he says sarcastically. “I’m very strict with them. I would never, ever, call them my babies.”

The dogs looked back at him with grins and hanging tongues.

A slight drizzle of rain pattered outside. Bruno looked back with an irritated scowl and scratch at the top of the beanie covering his head. “I’m getting real sick of that.”

You stood and leaned on the washing machine. “Not much of a rain person?”

“Oh no, I don’t mind the rain. It’s this weak drizzle that gets to me. And it’s been all week too. It’s getting annoying. If you’re gonna rain just rain-” he stopped and caught himself. “Not to rant or anything.”

You smiled. “No, I totally agree with you.”

Bruno’s smile grows then his cheeks flush. “Sorry, I’m probably taking up your time from something.”

“Just my sinkful of dishes,” you sigh. “But it was nice meeting your Bruno. You too, Davie, Goli.” You try to walk around the dogs, but they block you from leaving your washing machine aisle. You try again but they step around you so that you can’t move from fear of stepping on them.

Bruno whistles loudly and they rush towards him. “Come on guys. You keep embarrassing me in front of her!”

You chuckle and make your way to the entrance. “I’ll see you around!”

“Sounds like a plan,” Bruno waved back.

The drizzle continued, showing no signs of an actual storm. You washed your dishes, hoping that by the time they were done, the rain either stopped or actually fully got going. But neither was the case. The laundry room was empty when you returned to put your things into the dryer. As you’re folding laundry on the table, you see a wallet sitting underneath it.

“I bet you’re missed,” you say to yourself as you open it to see who it belongs to. It was Bruno’s. You quickly stuffed your laundry, folded or not, back into the basket. You went to the mailboxes to find his name and room number so you could return it as fast as possible.

He was on the ground floor and right across from your apartment on the second. You rang his door bell which was echoed by the barking of Goli and Davie.

Bruno answered the door, hissing at his dogs to be quiet. He turned, and his amber eyes widened as he saw you. “He-hello again!”

“Hi. Uhm, here.” You held up his wallet. “It was in the laundry room.”

Bruno sighed with relief, stepping out of his door and closing it while the dogs continued to bark. “Thank goodness. I don’t know what I would have done without all of my nothing.”

You try not to laugh.

“Seriously, thanks.” Bruno shoves the wallet back into his pants pocket. “I’ve had to replace my license once this year. I have no desire to return to the DMV anytime soon.”

“I’m just glad I saw it.” You pick up your laundry basket. “It wasn’t a problem.” You start to walk off and Bruno begins fumbling as if trying to find something to say.

“I’m making tea- coffee- tea!” He calls out.

You turn back and look him over. “Huh?”

He motions to a picnic table that's near his door. “I was going to have a drink and let the dogs run around. If you were curious to see how unspoiled they really are.”

You hugged your laundry basket to your chest, watching Bruno’s shy expression try to hide itself, but ultimately it kept poking through. You could tell he was nervous, as he waited for a response.

“What kind of tea?” You ask.

His eyes brighten. “I’ve got all sorts.”

You smile and heft your laundry basket up. “Let me drop this off at home. I was going to have tea alone anyways.”

Bruno’s smile grew and he nodded. “Anything particular you like.”

“Surprise me.” You went back towards the stairs as Bruno went inside, saying something excitedly to the dogs.

Your first tea with Bruno was a little quiet. The conversation was mostly focused on Davie and Goli, but you did learn quite a lot about them. Bruno was obviously flustered, and you found that endearingly sweet. He seemed to so want to impress, but he managed to fumble everything.

The next time you caught Bruno was when you were walking back from your car. You were fuming over work, particularly how you were made to stay late since your married coworker wanted to leave early for their date. Plus it was still refusing to give you the thunderstorm you really wanted, so that added misery to your grouch.

You were coming up around the building when you saw Bruno and the dogs walking up the opposite way. Bruno waves, getting a big grin upon his face when he sees you. He’s wearing a yellow raincoat, which you thought looked cute. Even the dogs had matching yellow rain jackets on. Your heart melts at the adorable sight of them all matching.

“Hey there,” Bruno runs up to meet you and the dogs’ tails are wagging. “Getting off work?”

You grimace and roll your eyes. “I’m getting off work and torture duty.”

Bruno’s expression turns apologetic. “Oh, sorry to hear that. Everything okay.”

You grumbled. “Only that I’m single and that means I can work so everyone else can be with their families.”

His brow pinches. “That doesn’t sound fair.”

“It isn’t.” You smile as Goli and Davie come up to you. “But you guys look awfully cute, so everything must not be so bad.”

Bruno’s cheeks flush. “We were just going for a walk. There’s a cafe we like to go to where they can go inside.”

“The animal shelter cafe right?” You ask. “I haven’t been, but a friend of mine raves about it.”

“I get it if you’re tired but I know that Davie and Goli would enjoy your company.”

“I just wish I had a raincoat to match,” you chuckle. “But sure. If I go home, I’ll just stew in my irritation and plan my resignation that’ll never happen.”

Bruno smiles. “I can lend you mine?”

“No, no, it’s okay.” You hold your umbrella with both hands, smiling shyly up at him. “I was just teasing.”

In the cafe there’s a mud room at the entrance where the pets can play together, as well as bowls of water and lots of toys. One wall is full of pictures of animals at the shelter that need adoption.

Inside there are TVs with live feed of animals at the shelter. You order a tea latte then sit with Bruno near a window so you could see Davie and Goli playing.

“Where do you work?” Bruno asks.

You shrug. “Emerald’s Department Store, retail work.”

“Oof. Sorry about that.”

You shrug and blow on your latte. “Work is work, can’t complain about it just yet. But I’m sure I will eventually. What about you?

Bruno looks up from his drink, which was some sort of frothy coffee thing. His upper lip is covered in foam, giving him a milk mustache. “I make plushies.”

It was not the answer you expected at all. “Plushies?” You say out loud to make sure you heard him right.

He nods. “Yeah! All sorts.” He takes out his phone and shows you some pictures. He has ones from TV shows, cartoons, movies, anything and everything. They even look better than most official merch. You’re amazed.

“They’re all so cute!” You gawk at the pictures. “You really make these?”

He points to the rain coats hanging in the mud room. “I made those too.” Bruno smiles proudly. “My grandmother taught me to sew when I was a kid. Embroidery and stuff like that. I started making my own clothes when I was in school, and it just sort of took off from there.”

“I’ve been trying to teach myself embroidery,” you reply.

“I can show you some tips. I don’t do it like I used to, but I like to make something on my grandmother’s birthday every year. It wouldn’t be the normal date but I could make us dinner too.”

Your heart pulsed and your face grew so warm. “Date?”

Bruno glances aside shyly. “Sure. If you want.” He looked back at you with a soft smile on his lips.

You smiled back, cheeks bright red and heart thrumming. “Okay. I’d like that.”

“Awesome!” Bruno yelped excitedly. “I mean uh-”

You laughed and reached out, touching his hand as you continued your conversation. You planned your date and embroidery tutorial a few days later. The rain had stopped, and things were starting to dry out by then.

You made cinnamon scones in case you had tea. You also didn’t want to show up empty handed, even if it was a date. You went to his door and upon ringing the bell heard the dogs barking. Bruno answered the door, and for the first time he wasn’t wearing a beanie or hood. His short, curly hair hung in ringlets around his head, and he had on a set of round glasses.

“Come on in!” He stood aside for you as the dogs raced up to greet you. “Down boys, down!” Bruno fussed as he shut the door.

His apartment was full of pictures and collectables. There were family photos, and from comic conventions. There were a few framed posters from movies as well.

“What’d you bring?” Bruno askes, taking off his glasses and hanging them from his collar.

“Scones, for tea.” You say shyly.

“Thank you, that’s so sweet.” He takes the plate then you both stand there awkwardly. After a second too long, he shows you around, giving you a tour of his apartment which was laid out exactly like your own. You then had dinner, which was a hearty beef stew and cornbread. Conversation was a bit more than before, and Bruno talked about the embroidery and how he got most of his grandmother’s old supplies.

After dinner you sat in his workshop where he had stuffed animals placed about on shelves. Some were going to be out, others were waiting to be sold. You showed Bruno what you were capable of and then he showed you some patterns he had. You picked one out you wanted to try to make and you began. Bruno showed you some stitches and some intricate techniques.

“I hope I’m not boring you,” he says.

“No. Why would you think that?” You ask.

Bruno shrugs. “Last person I dated didn’t think this was a…manly profession.”

“That’s dumb, I think it’s cool as heck.” You then hiss as you stab yourself with the needle. You pull out your finger to look at it.

“Hold still.” Bruno takes hold of your hand then places a tissue over it. “I’ve got calluses so thick now. But I still keep a few alcohol wipes around.” He unwraps one and wipes your finger with it.

“Thanks.” You whole face feels warm as he keeps a hold of your hand.

Bruno lifts your hand up, kissing the back. “All better.”

Your heart lurches and bounces as you look into Bruno’s eyes.

“Sorry,” he quickly apologizes. “I thought that’d be cute. But it came off creepy didn’t it?”

You shook your head. “It was cute.”

Bruno smiles and his cheeks darken. “Okay. Good. I’d hate to freak you out on date one. Maybe I’ll save that for date two.”

You giggle and nod. “I’d like to see that.”

The next date is much the same, only this time you cook at your place. Bruno brings the supplies and you continue working on your individual projects. You kiss him goodbye when he leaves and then you think about him all night.

The third date is much the same, only the kiss lasts longer and only ends when someone walks past the door. The fourth date you barely work on anything, you end up kissing through most of the movie you put on.

Fifth date, you grew brave.

Davie and Goli were asleep on the floor and Bruno was starting to yawn. You didn’t want him to leave, but you couldn’t think of an excuse to get him to stay.

“You’re probably tired,” Bruno says. “I stayed pretty long this time.”

You swallow your nerve to keep it in place. “I can make you breakfast,” you blurt out just as thunder crashes outside.

The dogs woke up and glanced at the window then instantly fell back asleep. Rain begins pouring down in heavy sheets as thunder rumbles in the distance.

“Breakfast? Now?” Bruno asks.

“In the morning,” you say shakily. “Uhm-” You rub your hands together. “And it is raining now so-” You look up into his eyes.

Bruno’s expression is shy and hesitant. He licks the side of his tusk and shrugs. “If you want me to. I would…I would very much enjoy it.”

You stand up and take hold of his hand. “My bedroom is back this way.” He would know that; his bedroom was in the same place. Once inside you close the door behind you so the dogs didn’t interrupt anything.

Bruno stands there, looking a bit awkward as he tries to decide what to do. “I uh…I don’t have my pajamas.”

You swallow. “I would say you could borrow mine but-”

“What would you wear?” His voice is more seductive than you were ready for.

You step close to him, tilting your head up to meet his kiss. It was soft and slow, his soft breath fell upon your skin as he went down your cheek and to your neck. You breathe heavily, touching his soft curls then dragging your fingers down the back of his neck.

“Are you sure?” Bruno asks. “Like…really sure?”

You nod. “I would like it if you’re game.”

Bruno took a deep breath. “Yeah. I like you so much.”

You smile brightly. “Me too.”

Bruno took off his shirt, revealing a hairy barrel chest and soft belly. He looks shy as he does, placing a hand over his belly.

Outside the rain falls harder and winds start whipping around the building. “This feels right, doesn’t it?” You take off your clothes as Bruno watches.

Bruno reaches out, touching your bare skin. He kisses you and the two of you ease down onto the bed. He lays on top of you, kissing you and petting your skin. His tusks brush against your shoulder. He whispers soft words of praise between your breasts as he lays his face there. His hand strokes down your thigh and pulls up your knee, tugging it so it fit snugly against his hip.

“I’m not crushing you am I?” He asks shyly.

You shake your head. “No, you feel nice.”

His fingers reach between the two of you, going down low until he found where you were most sensitive. You whimper at this touch, adjusting your body as his fingers rubbed you there. He kissed and bit your neck, whispering softly to you.

“You feel amazing. You’re perfect,” he praised. “You’re making my heart go wild.”

You hugged onto him, moaning for him as his touch started slipping for your own wetness. His hand moved aside and he breathed into your ear.

“Uhm…shit.”

“What’s wrong?” You pant.

Bruno looks shyly at you. “A uh…I don’t have a condom. I wasn’t-”

You smile at him. “I keep some in that drawer.” You point to your bedside table. “Not that I use them a lot. I just…it’s for something else-”

Bruno kissed you as he reached for the drawer. He fumbled and found the box, producing one of the little packages. He rises to put it on and that’s when you first see it. Under his belly there is a rigid, thick cock. He slides the condom over it then eases back down upon the bed, kissing you and adjusting your hips.

“You’re pretty big,” you say.

“Huh?” His cheeks flush.

“You know,” you giggle. “Your cock.”

He grunts and his fingers dig into the bed. A cocky smile appears. “You think so?”

You nod. “I dunno if I’ve ever had anything so thick.”

Bruno pushes against you so his cock slides against you and bumps into your inner thigh. He grabs himself, holding his shaft firm as he takes aim.

“You…you just make me stop if you don’t like anything.” Bruno huffs.

You wrap yourself around him again and kiss his ear. “I won’t know until you try.”

Bruno takes the first plunge and his tip is inside. He growls into your ear, clutching your thigh in his strong grip as he pushes in more. You sigh out loud, biting your lip as that first push is always your favorite.

“Is it okay?” Bruno murmurs.

You nod. “Keep going. You feel so hard inside me.”

Those words urge him on. He plunges deeper before pulling out, keeping a slow and steady rhythm. He kisses you, panting and grunting as he moves.

“I like how tender you are,” you coo to him. You touch his face with both hands. “With your big cock.”

He nips at your fingers. “You’re making me wanna lose it.”

You kiss him as his hips buck harder. “Just look at me.”

“I am. You’re all I want to see.” He starts going faster.

You clutch harder onto his face. “Yes!”

He nods and snarls.

You nod as your mouth opens. “There! There!” You cry out.

His hand scoops under your back, angling your hips up more. He kisses you as you feel it, a deep, dull pulse that courses through your limbs. You gasp uon his lips, whimpering softly as your body floods with a refreshing warmth.

Lightning flashes just outside the window as Bruno snarls into your ear. He breaths and grunts, throbbing deep within you. Thunder crackles and booms as your sweaty bodies melt together.

You giggle softly, brushing his curls from in front of his face. You bite his lip and he goes in for a dreamy kiss.

“Did you like it?” He asks. “Do I need to help you finish?”

You smirk. “I like that you ask that.” You kiss him again. “But you did amazing this first time. So amazing I wouldn’t mind it again.”

Bruno’s eyes widened. “Really?”

You kissed him. “Really.”
